Anthony Morgan, Jr. is more than a coach, strategist, and creative director—he’s a champion for purpose-driven leaders who want to make a real impact. As the founder and CEO of HiBRED Solutions, he has built a space where social impact businesses—especially those advancing the health, wealth, and relationships of Veterans and Creatives—can craft authentic brands that truly connect with their communities. With over 15 years of experience in executive coaching, branding, and marketing, Anthony has worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of businesses to help them refine their brand stories, deepen their impact, and build lasting relationships. His leadership has been recognized widely—he’s been named a Top 15 Executive Coach in Baltimore by Influence Digest and was a key contributor to a Heartland Emmy Award-winning team. Anthony’s approach is rooted in the belief that real, sustainable change starts from within. He helps leaders recognize their own value, appreciate their journey, and shine in a way that makes their presence felt in the world. A proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, Anthony holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida and an M.S. in Human Resources and Organizational Design from Towson University. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in prominent social impact organizations, always with a focus on using business as a force for good. Beyond the Business Outside of HiBRED Solutions, Anthony is passionate about mentoring youth and young adults, helping them find and own their stories. He also loves inspirational speaking, spending time with his wife and children, dancing, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and taking long walks through the city. His mission is simple: help leaders step into their full potential, build businesses that matter, and create a ripple effect of positive change.

With a deep belief in the power of storytelling, Mitch brings a filmmaker’s lens to HiBRED Solutions, helping shape narratives that inspire change and build meaningful connections. An award-winning filmmaker, Mitch was named one of Variety Magazine’s “Top 10 Documakers to Watch” and has played a role in hundreds of projects across genres and formats. His work has been showcased on platforms like Netflix, Sundance, SXSW, and the New York Times Critics' Picks. Beyond filmmaking, he is committed to mentorship and education, serving as an adjunct faculty member and advisory board member at the University of Colorado at Denver, where he earned his BFA in Film/Television with a minor in Political Science. Beyond the Camera At his core, Mitch is deeply invested in his community in Denver, Colorado. He serves as Board Chair of Warm Cookies of the Revolution, the world’s first civic health club, dedicated to empowering communities through creative engagement. When he’s not behind the camera or leading social impact initiatives, Mitch enjoys spending time with his wife, Karen, and their daughter. As a fellow creative, Karen is also a frequent collaborator, making storytelling a true family affair. Mitch’s work is a testament to the power of listening, storytelling, and community. Through his partnership with HiBRED Solutions, he continues to craft narratives that spark meaningful change.
LaTia Few is more than a coach—she’s a guide for those feeling stuck, uncertain, or out of alignment in their relationships and careers. She knows firsthand what it’s like to feel trapped in situations that just don’t feel right. That’s why she’s passionate about helping others **let go of what’s not working, do the inner work, and attract the life and connections they truly deserve.** With over **12 years of experience** and a background as a **certified Agile project manager**, LaTia blends practical strategies with deep personal insights. Her mission is simple: **help people show up as their true selves and build lives that feel right—in work, love, and everything in between.** Outside of coaching, LaTia is all about: Food, travel, and adventure—always on the lookout for new places to explore 🎶 **Good music and deep conversations**—the best combo for meaningful connections 🌊 **Being near the water**—her happy place for reflection and inspiration 🛩️ **Trying new things (even if they’re a little scary!)**—yes, that includes skydiving! Patrick Battle is more than a videographer—he’s a visual storyteller with a passion for capturing the heart of every narrative, especially those of Veterans. With an innate ability to bring stories to life through the lens, Patrick ensures that every frame holds meaning, emotion, and impact. As an Air Force Veteran who served in Kuwait, Patrick understands the depth and complexity of the Veteran experience. His work reflects that firsthand knowledge, creating powerful visual stories that honor resilience, service, and transformation. With extensive experience working with organizations like the Veterans Administration and public news stations, he has documented hundreds of compelling stories, ensuring that voices are heard, experiences are shared, and legacies are preserved.
